Natrol Inc filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last Wednesday, possibly related to class action lawsuits filed over their glucosamine products. No cause was given in the filings, which revealed $500 million in assets and up to $100 million in liabilities. Natrol also owns supplement companies MRI and Prolab.
