JULY 17th WORKOUT
Today was arm day. Sadly, I had to cut my workout short as some family matters came up and I needed to help out.
I was only about to do 2 different exercises so i wont log it. Im sorry guys, but family comes first.
Tomorrow though, its back day, SO YA KNOW I WILL BE LOGGING!!!!!!!!! I have a new computer, so i will be uploading webisodes/videos of my workouts so you guys can see what Im doing on certain sets i cant really explain.
ANY QUESTIONS THOUGH, PLEASE EMAIL ME AS I LOVE GIVING ADVICE OR JUST ANSWERING QUESTIONS. YOU GUYS ROCK.

JULY 17th WORKOUT
So today was arm day. I Must say, arm day really isnt my favorite day in the gym...I KNOW I KNOW, what person dare ever say that...I SAY IT!!! LOL
I totally changed my workout today though, so that made it interesting. Started with SEATED barbell rows. Did 100lbs for 4sets of 12-15. After trial and error, i think i may have mentioned this in earlier posts, but the less i focus on the number of reps, and more on the squeeze and feel of each rep, the better the outcome,,,,at least for me. After this, i moved over and did bent over side ways hammer curls. (Ill take a pic or video tomorrow and upload it so you guys can see what im talking about). I did 40lbs for 15 reps 2sets, then 55lbs 12reps 2sets. I really like to change things up, as my muscles tend to get almost complacent with exercises they have already done in the week prior. After that, i did cable curls for 5 sets of 21. TOTAL BURN OUT!!!!! The pump from the masteron and prop is OUTRAGEOUSLY PAINFULLY GREAT. So is typing this log on my forearms lol. Next i did triceps. I super setted triangle pushdowns with incline skull crushers for each 4sets of 21. For some reason, this week, im all about the higher rep numbers. This means, next week, Ill probably dial it down and go a bit heavier with just a few less reps. After this super set was completed, i found my favorite black rope, and did negative pulldowns for 18-21reps with only a 20second break between sets. I did 4sets and wanted to scream/gag/cry/all of the above lol. Z, your masteron and prop makes me want to crush things!!!! hahaha. Serious note though, of all the gear I have tried over the years, Z by far has the best gear out there. And no, im not just saying this because im sponsored, im saying this because its true. Even his Generic Blue Tops are top fucking notch. combine hgh with masteron and prop, and you get one hell of a great cycle and painful cramps, especially typing logs hehehe. But seriously guys, i love typing these logs. I hope you all enjoy reading them as much as i do writing them. ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE HIT ME UP AS I WILL GIVE YA AN UNBIASED OPINION ON PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING BESIDES WHICH PORN SITES TO GOTO. lol. For real though guys, i really enjoy logging for Z and hope you guys enjoy reading it.

SO i dont know if im hitting the gym today or not. I did something weird with my left quad and its shooting nerve pain all up and down my leg. I want to rest it, but i also know I have to qualify for nationals in just under 12weeks. ughhhhh, the art of contest prep. lol. Although, my half of my contest gear just arrived at the house so im a happy camper. I put them aside in their own bag until the rest of my cycle comes in which shouldnt be much longer. :) :) :) :)

JUST AN UPDATE.... my left pec is bothering me pretty bad today.... im not sure if you guys recall, but i had a grade 2 pec tear about 2 months ago. Its finally healed, but it doesnt feel all that stable today, so being the wiseman, i took today off. Sure, i could have went and tested my limits, but a pec tear this close to my competition, id rather just eat a heavier portion of my macros and rest it today. SORRY NO LOG TODAY GUYS AND GALS. Just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. :(
 
JULY 21 WORKOUT


So today was really my first day back in the gym in a few days. Remember, I had to give it some rest due to that damned old pec tear injury i have that got inflamed earlier last week.
Ive had to change what i do for my workouts a bit since this flare up of my pec injury. Today was back day. Instead of doing heavy deads, i did 5sets of 21 bent over underhand bar bell rows. did 5sets of 185. Nothing to heavy. Just focused on the squeeze at the top and the slower I went. Next up was seated triangle looking shaped rows. I did 4sets of 21 with the weight at 200. I went nice and slow and squeezed my back each rep. I wont lie, i got one hell of a pump from these two exercises. I ended it with a seated single lat cable pull down that i cant explain what it looks like. basically, what i did was set the weight to heavy yet moderate to where i could do 15-21 for 4sets. each rep, i would squeeze when i brought it down to my lat. the squeeze is what finished me off, lol. After those workouts, my lats and upper back were full of blood with a wicked pump!!!!! i wish i could do pullups like normal, but until my orthopedic tells me i can, i wont. (he actually knows bodybuilding.) (hes also the guy who agreed with upping my hgh dose for my pec to heal). Who woulda thought a doctor with a normal brain here in the states. most if not 99% of them, the second u mention HGH they say oh nooooo nooo nooooo. not this guy. if anyone lives in FL and NEEEDS an ortho, PM me and ill give you his contact info. He treats quite a few pro athletes as well. once again, as i type this, my forearms are pumped and telling me to stop lol. I will say, in the few days of me not lifting, i took a little break from my diet. I mean, im still 11weeks out and in great shape so i figured why the hell not. WELL let me tell ya....not such a great idea when on 8iu of hgh (normal dose is 4 but with injury,doc said 8 will do the trick in recovery time). I have developed what most people call a growth gut lmfao. SO, needless to say, after back today, i hopped my ass on cardio and sweated like a dope fein and plan on doing so the next 4days. its weird, right now i can tell a difference via pictures. AND NO, NOT UPLOADING TILL IM BACK TO NORMAL LMAO. Give me till thursday, and ill upload my progress pics. hehe. once again, this masteron and prop is amazing, because my diet wasnt the prettiest and i didnt bloat in the face or anywhere else except my tummy. lol. If i was running anything besides Zs prop and mast, id be one pissed off dude right now. lol. weight is currently at 237. I figured i would probably lose a few pounds, but size wise, im still the same. just not as vascular since i havent been working out as hard. DONT GET ME WRONG THOUGH, i still have a metric shit ton of veins even when not lifting, just not a huge metric shit ton as before lol.

guys, shes my personal friend, whos a firefighter. mad respect for her....shes only 23!!!!! shes bustin her ass gettin into the right fitness program. I told her personal trainers are almost borderline blood suckers. SO, if anyone knows anything or what not, pass it on to her. She already subscribed to my log so she will get any and all updates. so give her a welcome and lets help her out!!!!!! I personally think clen but i dont know a female dose for it.

JULY 22ND WORKOUT

While still nursing my peck tear, i was able to dominate with triceps abs, calves and traps.
I started with 85lb on the double pully system and did 2sets of 21. Then i stacked it as heavy as it could go and did 2more sets for between 14-18 reps. Afterwards, i switch over to the rope pull downs. instead of mentioning it in EVERY post i make, I ALWAYS NO MATTER WHAT, SQUEEZE WHICHEVER GROUP IM WORKING ON AND SQUEEZE ALMOST IDENTICAL TO FLEXING.
After doing this set for 4reps of 21 (i go super slow and squeeze at the high point. Crazy enough, im actually seeing more "noticeable" gains.) I normally do arms on their own, but with this pec tear of mine, im listening to my doctor and do what he said.
Now, for traps, i grab a 45lb plate in each hand and super set my traps with my caves. ill do a total of 5sets each.. zero break either. its like a mini cross fit WOD. anyways, hope yall enjoy the read.

JULY 23 WORKOUT

So today was bicep day. still rehabbing my pec so i havent really done a big compound workout. Dont get me wrong, i went ham on those biceps.
Started off on the seated handbar curl machine and put 2 45lb plates on it and did 5 reps of 15-21. That right there by time i was done, FUUUUUUCK that pump was on fire!!!! That damned masteron intensified the shit out of it!!!!! lol. took a couple minutes to recoup and rest. then I got on incline bench and did 45lb dumbbell curls for 4 sets of 15. Talk about strength gains up the yang!!!! at the peak, id pause for 1second too. Then, i decided to do hammer curls with the 50s single arm at a time, talk about a squeeeze. felt amazing. I did those for 4 sets of 10. Afterwards, i wandered over to the cables, and raised them up as far they went and did biceps curls for 5sets of 21. My biceps were freaking on fire afterwards. that HGH is really helping my peck out considerably after raising the dose to 8iu for 2 weeks as my doc "agreed" to. obviously he cant tell or prescribe me to do that but he was on the same page. hoping this MRI tomrw will show improvement!!!!! im crossing my fingers.

ALMOST FORGOT THE BEST PART
so as im doing biceps this group of guys i know that are pretty cool. they were doing deadlifts and had 405 stacked up. NOW, we all know jonny boy here loves his deads and squats. SO, i walk over to them and say lemme give this a spin. theyre like watch ur peck bro dont re injure it plus ur doing this cold no warmup. i said mehhhh,, i got it. pulled that bitch raw with pure ease swear to god, for 8. they didnt know what to think.
they laughed and said "only u jon, only u." wish i coulda videod it.
 
july 24th workout

Today i decided to do legs. wasnt a bad idea at all. started off light doing body weight squats for 30reps: just to get the blood flowing. then did some up and downs as well to loosen my legs up. Im trying this new theory with all my workouts from here till my show to see how they work. and let me just tell ya, today went GREAT!!!!
started squats at 225x10 nice and slow to get the blood flowing even more. then i jumped up to 315x10, and i could feel the pump tightening my under armor pants. im thinking to myself, great these fuckers are gonna rip. and whos gonna be the guy to tell the largest man in the gym his pants rip. i mean, i dont have eyes behind!!!
405 came, and decided to do it for 3 sets of 10. i didnt wanna go heavy cuz i felt a small twinge in my lower back, but all is good. i really feel doing what i did at the beginning really plays a role in greater and stronger lifts. that, or its total bullshit and the gear is whats doin it lol JUST KIDDING.. but seriously guys, y'all should really try this out. in one try it made my endurance/strength go up through the roof. Then i shimmied on over to the leg press and did 2plates per side single leg press for 4sets of 15. total burner on my quads. i used more toes than heel. man that pump was intense. Then i ended it with the leg extension where i set it on 90, pulled seat all the way forward, set thingy-ma-jig at large and brought the other thing-a-ma-jig all the way back so id get a super good stretch each rep. i did 4sets single leg extension for 15-21reps. My strength has really sky rocketed as of late..... im curious as to why???? any thoughts guys?????
oh, and weight is 247. BOOOOOOM HEAD SHOTTTTT!!!!!!!

side note, i can fake it on here but one of my bestest friends from group passed away. so if i come off a dick, PLEASE dont take it personal. you guys know me, im a good hearted guy. i took my happy meds so im a little better now, but ehhh, still hurtin bad.
another side note. lol. how long have i been on this cycle. am i really just in the prime of it ya think? 100mg ED test prop 100mg mast ED

sooooo goodlate morning tp ya!!! just wanted to say mixing hgh with amaseron would be wild.. get gereeeaaaat sleep with the hgh, but lately the masteron has been making my sleep schedule a bit off.

JULY 17th NON workout


Today i decided my body needed a much deserved break. I had plans to do back, but didnt realize i cruified my legs yesterday, which in turn means no deadlifts....and if no deads no lift lol. Plus, mentally im so fucking drained. losing a brother from team is never easy especially when you were best friends. SO i decided to take today off and hit it hard as hell tomorrow with back workout and test the waters with shoulders. (peck still is sore). sorry for such a short log today.... just nothing really to talk or mentiion.

I did the water method test at University ___ ____ and they said im right around 9 cant remember exact number.

i know without a doubt if i wasnt on mast or hgh i would be more of a 2pack flat stomach guy lololol.
