bar length ratio to weight question

Does anyone know the weight to bar length overhead pull downs.
On the inside of the machine, if it says 190, it is 190.
On the outside of the machine the bar is extended and if it say 120 it seems closer to the 190 on the inside of the machine.
How much weight is actually being lifted on the outside compared to the inside.

Straight pulls versus extended bar pulls math equation?
