    MFL science project (Slappy's log and whatnot)

    after a shredtastic MFL tren/mast blast, i've decided it's time for something different. i feel like it's growing season. . .

    anyway, i stopped the tren 2 weeks ago and plan on cruising for a little bit before diving into another blast. currently on 250mg test e per week with plans of adding deca in the near future.

    weighed 192 this morning. today was the first day in about a week that i had enough time for a solid hour and a half at the gym.

    hit chest,

    -incline trainer
    -hammer strength incline chest
    -pec deck
    -db shoulder press, then db lateral raises. (no rest between the two exercises)
    -triceps pushdowns

    5-6 sets of each, 12-6 reps

    worked quads and calfs,

    -incline trainer
    - squats
    -leg press
    -leg extensions
    -calf extensions
    -ab coaster

    15min cardio and about an hour of weights. my legs felt good and wobbly when i left the gym. that always makes me feel like i did something.

    i don't feel like copy and pasting the missing days from one log to the other, but for anyone that's interested, see the link above.

    45min stairmaster on tuesday. it was a lazy leg day.

    wednesday, did some back and biceps,

    -incline trainer
    -dumbbell rows
    -hammer strength iso-lateral lat pull
    -trap bar shrugs
    -hammer curls

    i'm going to add a little tren e to the mix next week. i'm curious to see what low dosing test/deca/tren will do.

    thanks twisted! i live for sex, weights and protein. not going to stop any time soon.

    yesterday i did a little leg work. i felt guilty for only doing stairmaster on my scheduled leg day. i tried out a new gym close to work and found a good groove.

    -incline trainer
    -leg press
    -iso-lateral leg press
    -prone leg curls
    -calf extensions

    i cut my rest time back to about 45 sec and increased reps with a lower weight than normal. i actually feel decently sore. probably going to bribe the Mrs for a back and butt rub later.

    rest day today. no gym, no cardio.
