    Stats - 28yo, 6', 215 in current pics.

    Previous cycle exp - 10 weeks test e @ 500mg a week about a year and a half ago, a few pro hormone cycles.

    Just did my first show last month and judges all gave me the same feedback. Conditioning was awesome but I'm too tall for LHW.

    Jumping off the deep end for my first big cycle. Going to try and stay leanish but I'm looking at putting on a lot of size in the off season so I might get a bit sloppy. Also in 2009 I weighed 300lbs and have a lot of loose skin around my waist. When I do bulk that loose skin fills up very quickly while the rest of me stays fairly lean.

    Cycle -
    1-4 Test p 100mg eod
    1-15 Test e 375mg M/F
    1-15 Npp 150 eod
    15-21 Test p 100eod
    15-21 Tren a 100eod
    15-21 Primo 100eod
    15-21 var 75 ed

    Adex .5mg eod
    Cabre .5mg e3d

    PCT - TRT

    Depending on how I feel i might up the test e too 1g around week 5 after labs as well as a possible dbol/sd 4 week kick mid cycle when gains slow.

    Diet outline. I'm ALMOST reverse dieted out of my show now. Still a few calories short of normal but very close. Diet is very strict and will be set as this for the first couple weeks. Once a week cheat meal when two a days happen or heavy leg days.

    Meal #1

    1 whole egg + 4 whites

    6oz 96% lean beef

    1/2c oats (measured before cooking) + 1c blueberries

    Meal #2

    Protein mix (~400cals, roughly 50p/30c/10f)

    (Oats blended in for extra carbs)

    Meal #3

    10oz chicken breast

    6oz sweet potato or red potato or, 1/4c brown rice or 1/2c white rice

    2c veggies (greens like broccoli or fresh green beans)

    Meal #4

    8oz lean ground Turkey

    1/4c Brown rice

    Meal #5

    10oz lean meat

    1/2c Jasmine rice

    *large salad w/ 2 TBS vinegar & olive oil dressing

    Meal #6

    8oz chicken

    1/2c oats

    1c greens

    *

    TRAINING DAYS ONLY: postWO shake is 60g HBCD + 30-40g isolate

    Training -

    Been using Mountain Dog training the last six months and love it. Currently about four weeks into the Reactive Pump program. I change a few things up for weak point training and use bands for a lot of the chain work but other then that it's on point.

    Cardio is gonna be about 20 min fasted LISS three to four times a week.

    Man I like the look of that cycle. If I had the funds I would run it also. I do think I would run some of the compounds ed not eod thou. I do want to see it on the other side. But one thing I thought you needed to run primo for 16 weeks to see any results.

    Then ten seconds rest and a single.

    Add ten lbs repeat until failure. No straps no belt.

    After failure Tren seconds rest and a widow maker of twenty five.
