    post cycle blues

    Anyone have some good advice for this? I feel like hawg shit. All i wanna do is lay on the damn couch and eat pizza and donuts and chase it with 1/2 gallon of ice cream.
    ive beem workin out but gettin no pumps at all. Ive been trying to hold on to my diet but its hard to make it to cheat day.
    ive got a good base and i dont wanna lose it.

    And yes im doin pct hcg/clomid/nolvadex

    Its a very very hard thing for me also coming off cycle bro .... But that is where the real gym guys separate themselves from the summer time Bodybuilders . . . Maybe take a few weeks to rest up and come back with a new routine . Obviously lighter and less intense . Being on these boards planning and ordering my next cycles is what keeps me somewhat positive and training . Although the training is nothing like when on cycle at least Im not giving up completely .... Good luck brother I know Its rough but you will get through it if you really wanna have the physique of your dreams

    Thanks murf!! Ive been watching "pumping iron" with aronold and lou..lol...then saw hercules..seein those guys helps me stay somewhat motivated. I dont have the genetics to get like those guys

    I'm 4 weeks into PCT, and hell yeah it sucks! Like Murf said, I start planning (and ordering) my next cycle right away. Keeps my excitement up a little bit. I'll also experiment with all those non-hormonal supps I usually never try. Natty test boosters, plant sterols, ArA, NO boosters, etc. don't know how much they really work (especially in comparison), but gives me a placebo effect at the very least. By the time I have my money right and received my orders from AMA, it's almost time to hit it again. As far as the food, I just make damn sure I have plenty of good meals precooked and healthy snacks ready to go. Otherwise I end up hitting the junk food aisles hard!

    Sherk is the man with the plan though, so any advice he gives can be counted on.

    Holy shit fellas, put down the tissues, turn off the soap operas, get off the lazy-boy and get into the gym and pick up some iron. Follow that plan to the "T" and in a few weeks you'll be feeling alpha again and you'll re-read this post and regret typing it.

    I'll agree with fearless too, some may recommend turning down the intensity post cycle, but I might just schedule an extra rest day. That's about it.

    I honestly don't think you can go over board with it, but would recommend no less than 1000iu a week (spread across a couple of shots) till the worst of your funk is over with.

    mod GRF 1-29 and ghrp 2 combo. or even ghrp6 if you want ore hunger. or even a hgh run..
    also i rec ginger root pills , take a 1 1-3 times a day for hunger, or tumeric pills

    Try a low carb-high fat diet to remove the cravings, hit the cardio to crank your metabolism.

    Idk how guys do pct. I feel like death cruising after tren, can't imagine the feeling coming off. Anyway hang in there, the thought of becoming a fat fuck should be motivation enough.

    Lmao!! Thanks captn. That low carb high fat is pretty much what ive been doin..minus a couple of blow outs with donuts and chocolat milk..lol. i just came off a tren/mast/test cycle. Best ive ever felt on gear is when i started the masteron. It felt like my very first test cycle

    Starting a new cycle but have no idea what to run. 6'1" 220#. Have not ran a cycle in over a year. Money is better now and ready. Last cycle was test deca nandrolone cycle. Any good cycles? Want to run ghrp and cjc w/out Dac also! Help plz. Chris

    A little bit of research will give you the answers you need. You have the money for slin, T3, Test, cjc 1295, and ghrp. But you can't spend 10 minutes looking up proper dosages? What the fuck?

    adding creatine might help with pumps, or just get something with a ton of n.o. in it if you want pumps. but ill tell you from my experience i just came off 20weeks of test and ph's and never felt a hard crash. getting labs in a couple weeks. but this is what i did, i only used 2 separate 5000 ius of hcg which i did 500ius every 3 days for 10 shots at the end of my cycle which landed the 11th shot perfectly on the start of my pct with nolva and clomid. I used nolva and clomid for 45 days 40/day nolva, 50/day clomid, i also used ostarine(which i think helped alot!). osta i did for 8 weeks. started the last week of my cycle with 25mg ed, continued for a total of 3 weeks. next 2 weeks was 15 mg, last 3 weeks 7mg ending on last day of nolva and clomid. i started taking dpol which has vitamin d and daa when i could tell my libido had dropped from being like a teenager lol. also taking arachadonic acid at 500mg ed for now. still taking the dpol now, hasnt been a month yet of taking it and its been about a week and a half since i stopped pct and no bad crash. now this doesnt mean i dont wish i was still on lol. im not sure thats going away haha.. hope this makes sense and helps!
