    gears abuse BPL edition

    After a few months of taking it easy... its time to fire it back up. I historically do long cycles. But for fun I'm going to change this one up a little. Only 6 weeks this time. But 6 weeks of hard training, big eating and overuse of aas.

    Going to try and keep this log clean but feel as always feel free to post nudz of your hot wifes.

    The last 3 months i have been on 200-400 bpl cyp and a token deca injection.

    The plan
    400mg of bpl cyp
    400mg of bpl deca
    500 mg of bpl test prop
    500 mg of bpl tren ace

    Iron mag research adex as needed. Stuff is stiff and i like as little AI as i can get away with. I have never had any prolactin issues but should I need some IML is where I'm going. Might also get some cialis if the BP gets too high.

    3 orange triads and a baby aspirin twice a day. That's all for other stuff. Going to try the coffee only preworkout.

    246 at 6'2 today.Would like to change the scale very little. Change the pics alot!

    feel very bloated the recent gain is water gain from a few days of high carbs. I attempted to prime the cycle and i think i did a moderate job. i have gotten out of the American diet and my everyday carb intake is relatively low. I like bagels though and I use them as bread for a shaved virginia ham with dijon. Everything bagel lightly toasted

    had a strange neck kink. Shoulder day was planned but overhead movements where tender. Chest movement s didn't bug me so I changed gears.

    felt good. Took my time in this one. I felt pretty strong. But was a little shaky pulling the incline bar off the rack. Then almost missed the landing on the first 315 incline press. Which kinda messed with me on the second 315 set. Not a fan of going heavier then 315 with out a spot. But spot options today was not really an option, 2014 version of Harold and Kumar where the heavy hitting options today. I'm going to have to met up with sheri, LL or bar belle for a decent spot with the optional bonus of a possible up shirt shot. 

    Dinner

    1 lb of tri trip steak. Grilled med rare
    2 cups brown rice. Soaked in meat juice
    half a container of raw baby spinach salad, 2 slices of bacon, 6-8 raw mushrooms, 2 slices swiss cheeze. 2 tbs. Of honey, 2 tsp mustard.

    I have two young kids, a small dog that eats what i eat, and a 130 pd wife. I cooked 3.25 pounds of steak and 6 cups of rice... i was hoping for a moderate meal for tomorrow. Nope my family is animals. And i was thinking today they i totally caused this. They are all very lean but eat tons. Cause I do all the cooking and the meals are never carb based.
