TRAPS TRAPS TRAPS. I remember when I was in high school I would dream about having huge bulging traps. I would get so jealous when i saw the older football guys with their giant shoulders.
I work my traps every other workout no matter what muscle group I'm training. I even go so far as to work out my neck by using a headstrap before i go to bed at night. I hang a 35lb plate off my head and do raises. My traps/neck are pretty thick.
