TRAPS TRAPS TRAPS. I remember when I was in high school I would dream about having huge bulging traps. I would get so jealous when i saw the older football guys with their giant shoulders.
I work my traps every other workout no matter what muscle group I'm training. I even go so far as to work out my neck by using a headstrap before i go to bed at night. I hang a 35lb plate off my head and do raises. My traps/neck are pretty thick.

I love to work traps as well but I'd say my favorite is my back. Favorite exercise to get the best pump is close grip lat pulldown. 4 sets of 10 reps at high weight then finish it off at 50% weight to failure. Hurts so good.

It used to be triceps for some reason. Don't really do them much anymore. Elbows man. They are still strong as hell though. Traps alot. Shrugs almost every workout. I love having that Tren Trap look. Now it's delts. I love the delt machine. It's funny how you don't notice a machine or you give it the ole poo poo attitude. Then you do it and it's like holy shit this is awesome.....that sounds kind of like a couple girls i've got with....
ARMS...specifically tri's! im 5'8" but i have some pretty long arms (need 35"+ sleeves on buttondowns for work). i know i got good gear when i work out arms and the blow the fuck up. i've had pro's complement me and it feels GREAT! when i was getting married and getting fitted for a tux, i couldn't fit my arms into the tux's. i actually ripped a the sleeves in 1 of my fittings every once in a while i throw in an extra arm workout to jack the fuckers up.
