Yeah started competing in 2010 and there's when i started AAS . I have never come off so no pct . I have full pannel blood tests at least 3x a year and my doc is the top sport sp?cialist in my country . His clients range from boxeurs , runners , swimmers and of courser bodybuilder . He knows exactly what i'm taking and eating ...great guy too ( he himself is on GH and test lol )

yesterday did chest and abs :
incline barbell press 7 sets 15-8 reps
incline dumbell flies 6 sets 12-10 reps
incline hammer strength 5 sets 10 reps
cable crossovers FST 7 sets 10 reps

today shoulders and cardio :
behind the neck press 5 sets 15-10 reps
delt press machine 4 sets 12 reps
dumbell upright rows 4 sets 10 reps
standing laterals superset with seated rear laterals 4 sets each 10 reps

cardio 20m on the treadmill

back and traps today , volume training , 30 total sets ....and intensity to the max of course ! started winny tabs at 50mg a day . 50mg test suspension preworkout ( 1 hour pre ) , love this stuff ...absolutely painless and great aggression in the gym !

What are you currently running besides, Winny and Test Suspension?
I'm running the magic trio.....test prop , tren a and masteron prop . Also t3 , arimidex and clen ( 2 weeks on 2 weeks off ) . Everything is from the EP line
 
nearly 4 weeks out and still killing in the gym : today double split workout :
back width in the morning

wide grip lat pulldowns 7 sets 15-10 reps
reverse grip hammer strength 5 sets 10 reps
close grip pulldowns 5 sets 15-10 reps
cable pullovers 5 sets 12 reps
finished with abs and 10m stairmaster

back tickness in the afternoon

hammer strength rows 7 sets 15-10 reps
barbell rows 5 sets 10 reps
close grip cable rows 3 sets 12 reps
close grip t-bar rows 3 sets 10 reps
machine rows 2 sets 15 reps
rack deadlifts 4 sets 10 reps
barbell shrugs 6 sets 10 reps

Thanks Repo , yeah i was very happy after his comments... You know sometimes you don't really know how much you have improvements until someone tells you , then it's like.....shit i did my home work all right:)

now for some bad news...the other day i was training chest with my buddy Seb , 6 feet , 230 pounds . He felt good and wanted to go heavy on the bench press....so he warmed up then after a few sets he loaded 350 pounds on the bar . I spotted him very carefully , 1-2 reps then boom an awful loud noise.....he dechired his left pec really bad ! As he was in a lot of pain i rushed him to the hospital where they decided to keep him over night....went to see him today , he's out of action for 3-4 months and will have surgery in a couple of weeks . This sucks as he just started EP sustanon and deca a few weeks ago and was loving it . This is why i don't go too heavy anymore....just ain't worth the risks !
