    Eq and BP

I am about to run a EQ and test cycle as a lean steady mass builder. In the past I have struggled with BP while on gear. I got a lot better the past few years at getting my BF down and also learning the correct ways to administer AI's to keep bloat and estrogen at bay. Last time did this cycle was 3 years ago. I am quite a bit leaner now. So I am hoping I will tolerate it better but just in case, besides aspirin and eating right which I already do now. What can I get from UGL's that I could use if it gets out of hand?

I am planning on 16 weeks of EQ at 800mg's a week along with test Cyp at 750 a week. I have been slowly leaning out the past few months I am sitting at right around 8%BF right now at 208 pounds and at 5'9". The goal would be for quality mass without taking the BF up past 12%. I will be eating at 750 above my normal maintenance the whole time.

So what can I get in chems that would act like an emergency BP med in case it goes out of control?

A low dose of cialis can reduce BP. Proper water consumption can also be a big help

I'm in the same boat. My bp elevates slightly but I've never ran eq.

    Personally I'm looking into cialis.

    How old are you ?

It's not a chem, but you can always donate blood.

Yea I plan on that too. But I kind of see that as a band aid.

Cialis is a vasodilator. By relaxing the arterial walls, you reduce the bloods pressure. Think of a hose, squeeze it and watch the pressure of the water stream increase. Release the hoses' pinch, stream pressure is reduced. Same concept with the arterial walls.

I keep hctz on hand for emergenices, but its harsh. 1 pill lowers me from 140/90 to 120/60 and i lose 5-7 lbs of water, in one day! But thats only edema related bp issues. If you keep your estrogen low enough, you wont retain much water from gears that aromatize.

My advice? Keep sodium intake moderate to low. Avoid vasoconstrictors. Nicotine, caffeine and ephedrine for example. They raise bp not by edema but by vasoconstriction. And use a low dose of cialis. You could buy arginine in bulk but its not as cost effective or effective for that matter, in comparison to research cialis. Cayenne and hawthorne help keep healthy bp numbers in check but they wont treat hypertension. Other otc options are gaba and theanine but they can make you a bit sleepy. Lastly if gear related bp is a major concern, lower the amount of gear you are using. Simple as that.

Thanks So much for the informative post. A lot of good ideas there. My diet is way better this time. Cut out almost all extra sodium and my fat intake is less than 20% of my total cals. I like the Cayenne and hawthorn ideas. Off gear I don't have any issue BP is normal on every thing else in fine it seems when my BF is higher and I use EQ or Tren it becomes an issue. Not anticipating any issues this time around I just want to get my ducks in a row. Thanks again.

I have had success with Celery Seed Extract, but it was 85% one specific extract based on the label so not sure if all are the same
