I am pretty new to the fitness lfestyle. Only been training seriously for about 3 months. But i love it already. I run a 2 mile lap daily that includes 2 large hills. Its a trail run. Then come home and lift every day after the run. All i ever want to do is push myself further and faster. Any running/lifting tips would be appreciated in order to maximize my workout. Love the forum so far
