Cals over the last 3-4 days have been a LOT lower than previous. At this rate i should be down to 210 by mid week.

Subbed I'm using the tren prop mix from ep. I would ad in mast but I'm not even close to lean enough to use it yet.

Hows the tren/test mix so far?
just add some mast in a month to finish everything up. I promise, just count cals and youll get there. Its a pain in the ass for a while to write everything down but it becomes second nature in no time.

Took a back shot but realized how insanely hairy i was. Im completely covered in hair back there and you cant see definition at all.
So, Im getting that taken care of this week and will post decent back shots.
Looks like my problem area is lower back fat. That fat is holding on for dear life. But Still, I fit into 32's today so, i know things are shrinking down.

Got some benzoyl peroxide on my upper chest here...Its not semen.
I Can kinda feel something going on and i dont wanna end up with any break outs. Fucking takes months for any acne marks to go away on me, so gotta nip it in the bud now.
^ Kinda flat chested when i flex chest. But at least my Nipples arent poked out and dangling like a woman. So im alright with that for now.
So far so good 8 days in and a very moderate dose of 100mg each eod. I was thinking of adding mast or winny at the end of my run. I'm still not able to train legs even at 60% I been abusing vitamin c and joint complex for over two months now with little success. I think I need a scope I done multiple cortizone shots over the years and it finally just crapped out. Hopefully light reps can keep me from looking like that guy who doesn't train legs because I lost tons of size already in my quads.
