Im looking at 1 lb a week fat loss at this rate of deficit, according to my calculations. Pictures are worth a thousand words so, ill be keeping things detailed.

Thought id share my ridiculous meal plan. Ill be following this for about 2 weeks.

Cheese burger meal #1- 850 cals
600 cals = 1/2 lb 80/20 beef, grilled
50 cals = 2% american cheese, 1 slice
200 cals = 2 slices whole wheat
Condiments = mustard

Oatmeal Meal #2 - 490 cals

150 cals 1/2 cup oats
110 cals 1 tbs coconut oil or butter
120 cals 2 eggs
130 cals 1 scoop whey
Stevia
Mix and microwave. done.


Oatmeal Meal #3 - 430 cals

150 cals = 1/2 c oats
60 cals = 1 egg
110 cals = 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
130 cals = 1 scoop whey
Stevia
Mix and microwave. done.

Things seem to be tightening up a bit on my reduced cal diet. However, Clen is fucking a nigger up, and shit...with insomnia.

Started using some imr clen that a friend sent. She is a myostatin mutant, a throwback to some ancient time when women were forced to hunt elk and wield swords. However, she squanders her genetic gifts and eats donuts now. And barely lifts. She knows she could be amazonian hot again if she tried. and Hopefully she will. Because our mutant love childs existence depends on it. He will be named Zeus btw.

Cals over the last 3-4 days have been a LOT lower than previous. At this rate i should be down to 210 by mid week.

Ill begin logging in detail tomorrow. Cals, training, etc.

Subbed I'm using the tren prop mix from ep. I would ad in mast but I'm not even close to lean enough to use it yet.

just add some mast in a month to finish everything up. I promise, just count cals and youll get there. Its a pain in the ass for a while to write everything down but it becomes second nature in no time.

Looks like my problem area is lower back fat. That fat is holding on for dear life. But Still, I fit into 32's today so, i know things are shrinking down.

^ Kinda flat chested when i flex chest. But at least my Nipples arent poked out and dangling like a woman. So im alright with that for now.

So far so good 8 days in and a very moderate dose of 100mg each eod. I was thinking of adding mast or winny at the end of my run. I'm still not able to train legs even at 60% I been abusing vitamin c and joint complex for over two months now with little success. I think I need a scope I done multiple cortizone shots over the years and it finally just crapped out. Hopefully light reps can keep me from looking like that guy who doesn't train legs because I lost tons of size already in my quads.
