Hydration, only thing I hate more than not being able to get my last rep is that ive got cotton mouth from not drinking enough h20 and on top of that it could be the whole reason u couldnt get that last one in the first place.. chug that shit
 
Any great preparing regimen needs to incorporate variables that can be flipped to change preparing for particular purposes.
