We knew that illegal business can be often rude and dirty.However, we still hoped everyone will behave in a dignified way. This has not happened...

To cut it short, guys we are not going to conceal this info. We got troubles with most of the payments sent by Western Union. We from our side did everything to ensure a smooth process. We set our site so that customers would receive each time changing names of the receivers in order to avoid holds of our receivers from WU. We prepared a list of a few dozens continuously changing receivers. They were absolutely not connected and even did not know each other. All of them were blocked by WU and all payments are on hold. We are not able to receive them. To be absolutely honest, our receivers got info that payments are on hold due to illegal nature of the transfer. In other words, we think WU knew what are these payments for. We have never experienced this before in this scale. Obviously, WU would not try to find out who gets paid for what. Just imagine, how many sellers in China,hundreds of thousands, if not millions, accept Western Union as payment option. Someone pointed our store out deliberately.

We checked our orders history and found some accounts with unusual activity and irregularly high amount of small orders placed. All had WU as payment option chosen. These orders are still not paid and I don`t think they will be. We are pretty sure someone intentionally found out the list of our WU receivers and in some way informed WU about them. By the way, if you remember, the same also happened in the end of 2015 with our PayPal account.

Don`t worry, it does not mean you lost your money. It only means we were not able to receive those transfers. Everything we could pick up was picked up and orders confirmed. If you paid though WU and your order is still not confirmed, most probably your payment is on hold. We start receiving e-mails with roughly the following contents:

Hey, I placed my order 26th and sent the money WU on Nov 27. I just received a phone call from WU stating that the receiver can not receive the money sent so they will be giving me my money back. Can you please allow me to still receive the BlackFriday deal if I resend the money....any other ways of handling this? Thank you.

So, probably WU has already contacted you and you know about this. If a transfer is on hold you can just contact WU and get refund; you lose nothing. We receive more and more reports about counterfeits. This time most of them arrive from South America.

Hi all, i have important warning for all.

Pharmacom Labs gets counterfeited more and more. One of our bulk customers in UK has been offered by a third-side supplier allegedly original Pharmacom Labs products. He has been offered samples and made photos for us. We have recently seen a poorly made copy of Pharmacom Labs from Latin America


And now we encountered this very precise counterfeit of our products. Not every person would be able to find differences. Original boxes are a little bit higher as the the fake ones. There are some differences in fonts as well as color shades and caps used . However, the most important difference is that the fake vials use only strips with codes: and our current original vials have codes implemented directly into the label under a scratch-off layer with our logos:

We have to warn you as well that unfortunately fake vials can have codes, which are verified as genuine in our official site! Again, fake vials have codes on strips only. The codes, which we have checked, belong to the early batches, which we launched years ago in 2014 yet. Someone ordered our products in bulk and took the strips which were supplied with our vials or just copied them. As far as we are aware only vials are counterfeited, no pills and amps were found. We think the verification codes will repeat on vials. In this case, when checking the codes on our site, you will see the warning: this code was checked 2 (or 3,4,5,etc.) times before. And a few more more things. Some people start calling us scammers, not in public, but i had already a few customers saying this in emails due to the following facts:
1. we shipped orders from our international warehouse. They got seized. We reshipped again, but those packages were also seized. Customers required refund or reshipping from domestic warehouse. Why on the earth we should refund or reship from domestic warehouse, if our ordering conditions absolutely definitely say that there are no refunds in case of seizures as well as that international orders are not reshipped from domestic warehouse.
2. Same situation, but with no bonuses reshipped. We always in advance inform all that free bonus items are not reshipped in case of a seizure. Again, pretty often I agreed to reship also bonus items, but we can not do it always.

So, if someone does not read ordering conditions, this is his/her and only his/her problem. We have everything absolutely definitely described in our terms. If someone does find a minute to read them why we should be liable for this? I would like to second this here for all: YES, seizures are possible. We reship seized orders (except Europe, Canada and Australia) for the second time for free! However, if the reshipped order is seized also, it means in fact that you lost your money! There is no way, it would mean we are scammers. If you don`t agree with this, just don`t order, it`s easy. However, this is a regular practice and other stores offer the same conditions or even worse.
Fortunately we are launching a new discreet way and we have already sent emails to some customers from tough regions to test it. If all goes well we will make it available for all.

And the last thing for today. If you ordered in our store and paid, please do not send me emails or messages in wickr, kinda, man i paid for my order, check it please. It won`t speed up the process, it will only delay it, cause the half of the messages i get is, frankly speaking, bullshit. We have a special section in our store, where you submit payment info. This section is checked regularly and as fast as possible.

Also, please don`t send both emails and pms or wickr messages to contact my regarding some issue simultaneously by all ways. Some people think, they will contact me by all possible ways and I replies faster. In fact i have to recheck a doubled or even tripled volume of messages and lose a lot of time, which only delays my replies. It`s a real issue now for me. Thanks for understanding.

there are some things I would like to share with you.

1. Some time ago on russian-speaking boards was spread an article about some warehouse in Moldova busted, with our products. I thought english-speaking community does not know much about it, so i did not want to touch this topic in order not to worry customers with info, which is not related to us. However, we received several emails with questions, even from big bulk customers. I decided to leave a public post making all clear.
I don`t know what happened in Moldova and who are those guys busted there. As you know, we are located not in Moldova; we moved many years ago. Because this info was spread on russian boards mainly, we took photos of our real facility to calm down our russian customers. here is our working schedule for international warehouse.
We are shipping last batch of orders in this year on 19th December. Even so, delays are possible due to the coming holidays. We will have a promo during holidays (from 20th of December to 10th of January), but all orders placed starting from 19th of December will be shipped after roughly 5-7th of January. It concerns only international warehouse.
As for domestic one, it works in normal mode. We are working hard to restock it safely. We will update you once we are ready.

Wow, we have not left any news here from last year?
Its my fault, sorry guys, I am really extremely busy.

So, here are our news.

1. We have new international warehouse in a new location, which I prefer not to disclose in public. I just say that we do not enable any choice of location in our international site. For you all stays the same. You can choose between US domestic warehouse and international warehouse. For international warehouse we have 2 different locations/warehouses in fact. You do not have a choice on site. Orders from new warehouse are shipped only into states with high seizure risk. We know, which zip codes are successful and which not. Our system decides automatically based on zip code, what location your order will be sent from. It has high success rate without seizures for tough regions like Chicago, etc. If new warehouse has not some items from your order, it will be shipped from our regular warehouse in China. We are doing our best to restock that new warehouse and to ship all orders to risky regions without seizures. If all goes well we should have close to 0 seizures in a few months.

2. We get many questions, when US warehouse is restocked. We will announce it. Soon, actually tomorrow but we are going to announce a discount on domestic store to sell faster the current stock left.

3. Our international warehouse is working in normal mode. And if you still did not hear about our promo, you should know that have great deals in our international warehouse now:
