As we promised, we lowered all prices for products left in stock in our domestic warehouse by 30%.
No need to enter any codes, all prices are already cut.
We have some organizational changes and need to sell the current stock. The faster we sell it the sooner we restock our domestic warehouse.
New restocked items are expected within the first half of February. They will not be discounted.

Customers who placed orders in our domestic warehouse recently, but still did not get them, please check your email box and spam folder. We sent emails with further info and questions.
So, folks, her is some info to calm you down. We closed access to US domestic warehouse for a while to complete revision of our stock without mistakes. For this we needed to remove all orders.
We received restocking, partially. Unfortunately, not as much as we hoped for. We will sort out all deals with the pending orders, which takes a day, maybe two. Then we make US warehouse available for all again.

Currently we are experiencing some issues with WU/MG transfers. Many of them are put on hold or refunded. We are adding back Ria Money transfers as payment option. It has higher success rate compared against WU/MG.

Guys, just a heads-up; our international warehouse has some minor delays with shipping. We inform you just to keep all calm. Everything is fine. Many packages collecting at sorting centers and then coming all at once to customs; this may cause more seizures. To avoid this situation and keep seizures as low as possible we needed to take some pause. Don`t worry, tracking numbers will be uploaded soon.

Also, just have to let you know that transfers via WU/MG are processed not so quick lately, you for sure noticed it. Sometimes it takes up to 5-7 days and in some cases not successfully; some transfers are canceled by WU/MG. So, please be aware that your order processing can delay for several days in case if you pay via WU/MG. We are actually thinking about setting a min. sum for this method. We will let you know.

There are not much to say else for now. We are just working in normal mode. We are doing our best to restock the US domestic warehouse as soon as possible. If you need some missing item, just click on the "notify" button (it is available for products our of stock instead of "buy") and enter your e-mail. Once this particular item is in stock, you get immediately notified.
Don`t forget, that our system reserves products for 5 days. So, it can easily happen, that an item you are looking for right now is missing, cause someone reserved it, but after a few days it gets back into stock, if an order is not paid by a customer. In other words, you not always need to wait for a restocking; many items are always in stock, but just reserved.
In connection to the said above we would kindly ask you not to place numerous orders at once if you do not really need them and not going to purchase all. In this way you deprive other customers of purchasing our products. If you placed several orders, but changed your mind, you can always remove not needed orders in your account.
Finally, if you noticed some glitches in our site functioning, please don`t hesitate to inform us. We will do our best to fix them and even provide bonuses to you for helping us to improve our service.

Latest tracking numbers have been uploaded today. There are reports from users they do not receive emails with tracking numbers and status updates. Please don`t forget to check your spam folder. If you have not received an email with tracking number, please go into your account on our site - dashboard - my orders - open the page with detailed information about your order and you should see tracking number there.
 
Hi,we restocked some test e and test cyp in our domestic warehouse!

Folks, there were reports about not coming email updates from us. Our tech support changed the service we use and rewrote a part of code. Status reports as well as tracking numbers should come without issues now. Don`t hesitate to report, if something still now working.

Info for potential customers:
As you may know, our store basicstero.ws reserves orders for 5 days. If you place an order you have 5 days to pay for it and submit payment details. If payment info is not provided within 5 days, our system automatically removes those orders and reserved items become available for purchase for all customers.
We keep this 5-days period for our international warehouse, but considering the limited stock of our US domestic warehouse, we decided to reduce this period down to 3 days for US domestic only! The reason is simple: we are trying to optimize the ordering process. Some customers place several orders and pay for only one. A portion of customers place orders and never pay at all. However, pre-ordered items are reserved and no longer available for others; in other words, those customers who really want to purchase some products may not have the opportunity due to all stock being stuck reserved in pending orders. Therefore, we decided that 3 days is more than enough to pay; orders that are not paid within 3 days in the US domestic warehouse will be removed and the reserved items will become available again in stock faster.

Folks, just a brief reminder about our warehouses.
We are still shipping from international warehouse, if you order from int. section of our site. We are waiting for restocking of our EU warehouse before we switch to it. We will announce once we start shipping from Europe by default. In any case, if you want to order from Europe, nothing disturbs to do so.
EU warehouse ships worldwide and has currently zero seizure rate in the USA. With other countries to be honest (like Canada, Australia, etc) we have not enough statistical data for estimations yet.
By default EU warehouse has prices in EUR, but customers can chose currency in the right upper corner of the site. If you wish prices in USD, just chose it from the list.

We are undergoing a next wave of counterfeits in different countries of our planet.
Be always careful and do not order products from doubtful sources!
These pics were made in Russia, namely in Chechen Republic. These are fakes.



Boxes have not our colors, fonts, even paper. Codes are still on stickers, which we do not use for about 4 years. Even when we used stickers, they were located horizontally, not vertically. Codes can be checked as genuine, by the way, but our site will say that those codes were checked numerous times before (it will provide exact number, how many times it was checked). This is because codes were copied and same codes used for multiple items.
 
Another case of counterfeits. Today we have been reported about fakes found in Egypt! Counterfeiters not only tried to copy design of our packaging, but also cloned our main site pharmacomlabs.com and hosted in on the fake domain pharmacomlaps.com
Be careful, difference is only in one single letter! Here are 2 pictures with fake products
