So im looking on a whole bunch of dietician, health, weight loss, and bodybuilding websites. They all say that a pre-bedtime snack is good for you and can promote fat loss. Good. Tracking.

However, half of them are saying cut out the protein snacks before bed because protein can mess with sleep. Others are encouraging it, and even suggesting casein shakes before bed.

Want to know what should i do? To protein? Or not protein?
