    last day on dbol it was a damn good workout and strength was definitely there

    back day mainly focused on lifting heavy


    cable pull downs
    240 x 6


    reverse grip pull down machine
    250 x 7 that was a shocker


    cable rows
    220 x 15


    reverse fly machine
    130 x 10 i never even attempted this much usually get 110 x 12


    i stayed in the gym a good bit and worked my way up to those weights. i have noticed an increase in back acne im not sure if its high test or deca but its there

    great chest workout. i ate pretty good and got some pretty good sleep last night. last time i worked chest i had crazy pain in shoulder so i stuck mostly to incline and flies. today i worked my way up really just warming up slightly increasing weight only doing 2 reps loading more weight and doing 2 more until i got to

    flat bench smith machine
    200 x 4
    250 x 2
    290 x 2
    330 x 1
    360 x 1
    385 x 3

    cable flies stacks with dips and close grip decline bench between sets
    5 x 20
    6 x 20
    7 x 20
    8 x 40
    9 x 24 ive never attempted this much at this gym i was happy lol and swole

    incline dumb bells 30 sec rest

    80 x 20 took about a min between this set

    im going to add it dont seem as if i have lost any strength this past week after stopping the dbol

    pretty good back workout. still only up 7 lbs but i am looking good and strength is still coming. i will try to get some pics up next week

    shoulders push/pull and i started winny today 10mg after lunch and 20mg preworkout. going to start taking 20mg after breakfast and 20mg preworkout from here on may up it to 60mg the last week

    press smith machine

    295 x .4 i pushed it up about 3 inches and the bench moved back 2 inches so i just racked it and cussed my ass off. this was actually my previous max which i didnt think i would get again after shoulder problems

    military press 4 sets 135 x 10 i have a hard time controlling the weight its like stabilizer muscles on right side are not firing

    dumb bell front raises with cable side raises and light upright rows between sets

    25 x 12
    30 x 12
    35 x 12 i had to get out of there

    overall i was pleased with the workout and got the most with the time i had. i will be trying the 3 plates again in 10-12 days

    chest day went great i felt and looked like a beast. took 20mg winny after breakfast and 20mg preworkout. i have somehow gained a pound so it puts me at 226

    47.5 x 20 the last 2 i struggled with but i think that was a new max as far as weight and i had a pump so good all the females in the gym wanted to come feel on my chest or i would if i was them

    shoulder and traps went great. i honestly never thought i would be able to hit some of my previous PR after shoulder injury but today i was able to and look forward to setting a new PR before the end of this cycle

    chest day i was going to wait until wednesday because i did a good bit of pushing shoulders yesterday but i felt good so did it anyways and it was great. deca and winny are working great together not much if any shoulder problems. yesterday i upped the deca to about a 1ml which is 300mg and will keep it around that these last 2 weeks so about 550mg of deca a week and 750mg of test. so far no deca dick but it is taking a little longer to orgasm so havent been using the dapoxetine just a little cialis and/or 50mg of viagra on nights i know wifey wants it long and hard

    ok i did chest today and was only able to get my previous max of 405 on flat bench smith machine. the last 2 sets of 385 and 405 i had some sharp joint pain in my right elbow and a little tendon pain so i didnt go over 405 which i think i could have probably got at least 415. the rest of the workout was mainly medium/light weight with higher reps. i did a little alternates to my cable flies and turned the dumb bells inward on incline. that winny is some serious stuff at 30mg morning and 20mg afternoon. my fat ass is hardening up pretty good even with a very loose diet. i will try a few more heavy lifts but not going to risk injury if i start hurting i will not increase any weight now if my stubborn ass can go through with that ill be alright

    sorry for not posting many updates ive been remodeling my house and not as much gym time but i have been going almost daily just not as much time usually an hour tops but this week should be better and i will be loading pics

    chest day was great and i had a guy ask me what i was on lol i havent seen him in about a month and he said ive seen you bigger but not as hard lol so even with my body type and shitty diet winny gives me a harder look

    not the greatest of leg days it was late and i didnt take much of a preworkout. i hit a few exercises hexbar squat, DB sumo squat, light leg press, leg extension and calf raises. i have made some progress

    this was actually from yesterday im running a log on another board too

    long story short a punk was in the gym today acting like a bad ass when he lifted 340 on the smith machine 3x with help the last 2 even with his back arched. it started with him checking out my wife which i have no problems with as long as they aint being disrespectful but then the shit talking bad ass attitude just pissed me off and i said to myself i need to show this mother fucker up and bring him down a notch. i was planning on doing back today i did heavy shoulders yesterday but decided to get a few reps in with bench. started with 3 plates 3x then put on another 25lbs (340) and did it 3x which he did sloppy with help and i put the 4th plate on and asked my wife to spot me (wife says "dummy you better lift that" when i ask her for a spot) all this within 5 mins no real rest. i pushed that shit 6x easy like a BOSS and if i wouldve had another spotter i couldve got 7 probably no help. at that gym bar weighs 20lbs so total of 380 x 6 is my new max. i did a few cable pull downs but then got to talking with a guy who agreed those 2 were dickheads and said fuck it ill figure something out for the rest of the week.

    i apologize for cussing but thats just how it came out

    i absolutely love the gains im making on cycle and decided to go a few more days

    back, traps and a little shoulders went good. went light on pull downs because i did 2 sets on two days ago so focused more on rows, shrugs, reverse flies and light raises. here is probably my last back pic. ive had the hardest time with my new phone taking pics with a pump and dont think the pics have done justice on the size i have put on especially my lats and delts
