    Pharmacom log

    alright brothers this is going to be my first log ever im 33 years old stats 5'11 218 with 8 years of pretty consistent training and probably 7 cycles under my belt mainly prohormones and i have been on TRT the past 3 years. my diet has never been great but no fast food or sodas honestly i eat to many sweets but will try to cut that out completely this 3-5 month run. here is the cycle i have planned but may up dosage and length

    1-4 Dbol 30mg a day
    1-14 Test E 600mg a week
    1-12 Deca 450mg a week
    9-13 Winny 40mg a day
    1-14 adex .25mg eod
    prami on hand and NAC week 1-14 and tudca on days i take orals

    this have been my workouts this week

    i dont go heavy on most leg exercises anymore but plan to add a little more weight during the cycle

    squat smith machine

    115 x 12
    165 x 10
    2 sets of 205 x 8

    leg press

    2 sets 8 plates 20 x
    2 sets 10 plates 20 x

    leg extensions single leg

    55 x 12

    sumo dumbell squats

    calf raises on smith machine
    4 sets of 205 x 24

    alright back day and my shoulder felt the best it has in 7 months so i was able to hit it a little harder on some lifts and did light weight front and side raises in between a few sets

    ok taking selfies is not easy and im just now started flexing because i knew i would be doing this log so i have work to do on that as well

    warm up with behind the head pull downs 3 sets of 120 nice and smooth

    chest day which went pretty good no pain in shoulder just a little discomfort and i can tell that side is still behind

    cable flies i dont know the weight but this is what i did

    alright it was shoulder day with a little traps now let me see if i can remember what all i did. well my neck was sore for whatever reason today and almost took the day off but was able to have a pretty good workout

    military press smith machine with 60lbs behind the neck press between sets
    warm up 115 x 12
    4 sets 165 x 10 this is where i get the worst pain real sharp the rest of the lifts are not really a problem

    dumbell shoulder press
    55 x 12
    65 x 12
    75 x 10

    upright rows
    4 sets 75 x 10

    side raises with shrugs in between sets
    15 x 12
    20 x 12
    25 x 10

    front raises
    25 x 12
    30 x 12
    35 x 12
    40 x 12

    today was day 5 on dbol and its starting to kick in. i had a great pump even with i light back/bicep workout. i had appointment with the chiropractor after gym but left after waiting a hour. my neck/trap was giving me problems over the weekend and a little today but should be good tomorrow. i will try to remember to check to see if i gained any weight tomorrow but i was told by a lady tonight that my arms are looking bigger and then she felt up on me. I wont be updating daily but a few times a week on progress with a few pics here and there. Thanks Darius and pharmacomstore this ride is going to be great

    my wife is sick and her training partner ask me to workout with her today so i did. i had a pretty good chest workout went to the gym at noon which only got one full meal in and small snack before workout. im one that usually needs 2 good meals in me before training. i usually use smith machine when i plan to lift heavy so i started out with a few warm up sets and my shoulder was feeling good. i noticed in the mirror i was really pumped after the warm ups and pretty vascular.

    after bench i was in a hurry to get out of there but still had pretty good workout. dbol is definitely working

    and the test E is definitely kicking in been horny as fuck the past 2 days

    woke up with a cold and took some meds to clear up sinus's so i was able to hit the gym pretty hard. still at 30mg dbol and weight up 4 lbs but plan to up it to 40mg maybe tomorrow

    incline bench smith machine with light behind the head shoulder press between sets

    cable flies i dont know the weight but cable flies is probably my strongest lift each are bars

    pretty good workout today even though im still sick i hit back pretty hard on some lifts. i upped the dbol to 40mg preworkout i noticed this morning while taking a shower my chest was pretty pumped and i havent done chest in 2 days also my arms have been swole. i did burnout on preacher curls and wasnt able to get the full range of motion because of the pump

    shoulder day went well. i still havent been able to eat as much as i would like but i feel like i have gained a pound or two the past few days im definitely looking bigger. im thinking im about done with this sickness

    warm ups behind the head shoulder press 60 lbs 3 x 10

    smith machine military press still get a sharp pain whatever weight i do

    leg day damn it but it went well. i do think im starting to get some joint relief with the deca as i was able to squat a little more without pain actually after my knees popped a few times each they felt great. im still lacking on strength tho

    squats on smith machine with 135 dead lifts between sets

    205 x 10 knees popped and felt better

    275 x 8 this was actually hard and i feel bad lol if you dont use it you lose it

    back day again bumped dbol up to 50mg and had a great workout

    wide grip pull downs which i have lost a lot of strength with since injuries but i was very happy with todays lifts

    210 x 10 the last 5 were sloppy but hell its been awhile since ive pulled
    140 to failure

    close grip cable rows with side raises between sets

    worked out legs with my oldest son again. it actually went pretty good still only 6 lbs weight increase but i look pretty good and strength is up. i dont see myself hitting any PR but with still somewhat recovering from injury and getting sick at the beginning of the cycle overall im pleased at 4 and half weeks in. the test E has me horny as fuck and wifey gave me the ok to jerk off on days she cant give it up. let me get to the lifts
