    weights declined!!! chest workout

    Oh my goodness...
Today....i can't even lift as much weights as before in chest workout....what is wrong with that....
Especially abt 3/4 feet from my chest...my tricep and chest are damned tired...and i felt fatigued set in early...gosh
It seems like i didn't get strength gained last week....and muscles seems poorly repaired...

When did you last train your chest? You should wait untill your Chest Triceps and Shoulders are fully healed before your next workout involving any of these body parts. You will injure yourself and overtrain if you dont rest properly.

You are stating overtraining pretty much, unless your diet is so out of whack you have nothing to rebuild the muscle with (same thing in the end).
