    Looks like my next meet will be October

    Next 4 weeks will look like this
    Sunday: speed squat, deadlift, stone load, plyo swing

    Monday: speed bench, shoulder press, triceps, biceps.

    Tuesday: heavy squat with back off sets/volume

    Wednesday: row bitch row.

    Friday: bench... Volume low to avoid pec strain.
    Week 1 chain
    Week 2 band
    Week 3 chain and band
    Week 4 max

    Failed, but getting close.

    Time to learn from this and prepare for October 15 (full power meet)

    My last heavy bench session for this meet prep

    405 vs 125 chain
    425
    450
    475


    Compare this to like 5 weeks ago, last time I attempted 500


    405 vs 125 chain fail, only got 390
    Then
    405
    425
    445

    Significantly stronger this meet

    Proof is always in the pudding and there it is
    Solid training cycle and great gear from Robolics
    Will probably be running my next cycle with them if they decide to keep me

    But there's the video proof fellas

    Goal accomplished.
    501.5lbs raw bench at 217lbs body weight...
    I couldn't be happier.
    Hit:
    490 squat good lift
    518 squat good lift
    534.5 squat, no lift due to jumping start command

    485 bench opener good lift
    501.5 second attempt good lift

    Mission complete!
    15 weeks now of off season, then I plan the second competition !



    Robo labs is the best around! Proof is right above in this log !
