Plan was chest and triceps.
Got through my chest movements and started with machine dips for triceps.
As soon as I stood up after the first set the whole right side of my abdomen cramped up.
I had to stretch my right arm up over my head and try to work it loose with my left hand.
I got it loose and rested for a couple minutes, I decided that maybe putting my belt on would help.
But as I bent over to pick it up, I cramped up again.
I called it a day after that.
