Goal is to maintain leanness as much as possible while improving muscle density, thickness, shape, size, and strength. I am also aiming to increase my ability on the main 3 lifts: bench, squat and deadlift.
My weight right now is 250
My current lifts
Bench 405 x 10 touching chest no spot
Squat 495 x 8 below parallel
Deadlift 585 x 2 from the floor
