A friend of mine just had hers done...I can only assumed some things have changed in how they're done since I last seriously considered it because no one keeps them under lock and key (extreme bra) anymore.

The doc doesn't really want her wearing a bra. And if she does it can't have under wire for a while. Really just sports bras if any thing. But my wife has just been wearing cammys under her cloths so far.

Ya. It seems to be a change to post operative care from like 10 years ago. It used to be those puppies would be strapped down for a cpl months...now everyone is free boobing it
