effects of alcohol on lifting? i drank last night a few hours after i did my leg and shoulder workout.. i drank a lot, past wasted.. i don't workout again til monday.. how will it effect, if at all?
The issue really is heavy vs. moderate or light drinking here,right?
Personally I drink once or twice a week and only have a couple.And it's either Tequila or Red wine.Actually training the day after a bit of Teq feels pretty good but if I had a few drinks I'd be F---ed up in the gym.
Probably a glass of Red everyday won't hurt and they say is good in fact.Control is the key.
