Advice on meal plan pleeze!

Heres the run down: I'm 5 4', 145 pounds, with quite a bit of muscle, and a nice layer of fat to go with it! :cry: I'm trying to lean down, and lose some body fat, while still maintaining my muscle. Any advice on my diet would be great!:help: I have my weights and cardio under controll! Here is a sample day!

Meal 1
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop protein
1 egg white
Sf suryp

Meal 2
2 cups lettuce/tomatoes/cukes
5 egg whites, 1 yolk
1 tbs lf mayo

Meal 3
1/2 cup oatmel
1 scoop protein
Sweet n low
1 Cup cukes/tomatoes

Snack- SF yogurt, small container

Meal 4
1 can Tuna
2 stalks celery
1/2 WW pita
1 TBS Lf mayo
1 TBS peanut butter

Meal 5
1 Chicken breast
1 slice LF cheese
1 apple
 
What is the breakdown on this? Macros etc. I don't think your eating enough.
 
Macros?:confused: Im sure Im eating plenty though, It seems as if thats all I do some days!! Any tips?
