Heres the run down: I'm 5 4', 145 pounds, with quite a bit of muscle, and a nice layer of fat to go with it! I'm trying to lean down, and lose some body fat, while still maintaining my muscle. Any advice on my diet would be great! I have my weights and cardio under controll! Here is a sample day!

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop protein
1 egg white

2 cups lettuce/tomatoes/cukes
5 egg whites, 1 yolk
1 tbs lf mayo
Meal 3
1/2 cup oatmel
1 scoop protein
Sweet n low
1 Cup cukes/tomatoes
Snack- SF yogurt, small container
Meal 4
1 can Tuna
2 stalks celery
1/2 WW pita
1 TBS Lf mayo
1 TBS peanut butter
Meal 5
1 Chicken breast
1 slice LF cheese
1 apple
