    Best substance for fat loss? 2 previous cycles

    Hi guys.

    I am looking for somehting that will help me shed 15 lbs in a few weeks after bulking.

    About me:

    185lbs
    6'0 ft
    Chest 44'
    waist 33
    age: 29

    Previous cycles:
    12 week Test e @ 300mg/week - anavar 4@weeks - PCT - Clomid and nova for 6 weeks(2 years ago)

    12 week test e @ 500mg/week PCT - Clomid and nova for 6 weeks (last year)

    No side effects that i could see.

    I usually do 3-4 weeks a year of liquid only diet (smoothies w fruit & veggies, raw eggs, and protein powered, pretty much anything i can get in a blender.) I typically lose 20 lbs and get really cut but i lose a lot of muscle. I am looking to AVOID the muscle loss. I was thinking to do the diet while on test e to keep the muscle but it seems like i might be wasting the test e. So Anavar is the most obvious chioice. Should i run both? Or is anavar enough to keep my gains while cutting?

    Diet and cardio. You need to learn how to lose weight the right way.
    If you need to lose 15 lbs after bulking, your bulking diet was not correct.
    I know that none of this is what you want to hear.
    You lose a lot of muscle because of your caloric deprivation. You should only be on a 250-500 caloric deficit. It takes longer but it is the right way IMO.

    You can try RAD-140 and SR-9009 stack.
    1-12
    RAD-140 20mg per day dosed once in the AM
    1-12
    SR-9009 5mg dosed 6 times per day (every 2-3 hours) for 30mg total

    Not trying to be a dick, but there are to many people looking for something to take instead of doing it the best way, I?ve been competing since 2006 and have only used diet to lose fat, I have won my class 3 times, have one overall and have never placed out of the top 5, I tried clen in 2006 for my 1st contest and stoped after one week, I hated it, dieting is the best way.

    Just wondering if you guys know each other.. bc what both of you say is very similar...

    Is it too late to agree with both of your opinions.. Diet and Cardio ..

    Maybe add some jogging while wearing sweatpants and sweatshirt with the trashbag over top ...

    Now there are three of us. LOL
    The sweatpants and sweatshirt are for water weight.
    People think there is a magic pill. I lowered my weight from 240 to 165 naturally. All AAS can be used for bulk or cut, your diet dictates this. AAS does help protect muscle loss during a cut.
    Now, if you are trying to get below 8%, you really need help with additional supplements.
