    So many questions and so so many options Bumped cals from 4700 to 5000 - Im eating to clean right now, I need to stock up on pizzas, Oreos and Ice Cream. Ive been so busy that ve found myself shopping on daily basis rather then get big shop in and keep struggling wit the cals - Only so much fruit and veg you can eat in a day, im in a 500 cal deficit from yest - Wish i had a pizza in the freezer

    225 x 20

    Leg Extensions

    Tomorrow is bench day Ill get my warm up sets in and gauge where i am - Id really like to have a crack at 405 tomorrow, if not tom definitely next bench session
    Ill be shooting 1cc Tren Base and 1cc Dbol-Mibolerone
