    Oh good news

    weighed in yest at 240 lbs and bf% lower - Im guessing that's + 2lbs from injury that + 16lbs Total

    After injury i dropped the Deca stayed with 500mg Tren 1g Test

    I also dropped cals from 5k to 4k which should be my new maintenance at 300mg Test a week,well clearly i'm on more gear than that so was hoping for some recomp lose fat gained hold muscle maybe add couple of lbs

    Seems like the pain i have endured the last 5 weeks working around my injury has paid off and now i'm feeling much better so i feel a really good chance to finish 240lbs and lower bf to 12% range

    Day 67

    Shoulders/bis

    Well first time i've logged anthin since injury - That's a good sign

    Had no holds barred back session yest and got quite heavy so thought time to start logging shoulders that i haven't used in 5 weeks now

    This time last week wouldn't have lifted my own arm weight without extreme pain

    Numbers may look light but i was well pleased

    Shoulders
    Military Press
    50 x 12
    65 x 15
    65 x 16
    75 x 10
    75 x 12

    One arm Front raises
    30 x 12
    35 x 12
    40 x 12

    50 x 12
    55 x 10

    Lateral Raises

    Reverse peck deck

    190 x 12 x 5

    Biceps

    5 sets 5 x 8-12
    Isolated moves like Preacher

    Today
    Over did it a bit no doubt - Sore today

    Chest Tris
    have hest today so thought Id try 135 on flat bench yest - Nope, very sore at bottom of the lift pushin off of the chest
    Ill be sticking to cables on chest for another week at least

    Day 69

    Day off - 20 mins and stretches for Pec Minor

    Felt great so thought I'd have a go at flat bench bar only

    After couple of sets it felt good so decided to throw some weights on

    Started 75lbs x 20
    135 x 20
    225 x 20

    Not chest day so called it there

    Fucking felt good

    Legs tomorrow then chest Saturday
    Will stick with the cables and machine flys then finish with flat bench when exhausted

    That way I won't be tempted to put to much on the bar - also have my top man training with me - He will make sure don't over do and knows when to come in

    Still considering 28 days of Superdrol @40mg starting next week to close out the cycle

    Day 73 Cycle

    Day 1 Superdeol

    Chest/Tris


    Still unable to put any weight on the bar - Impinged at bottom of the lift

    Injecting 2-3 hours pre WO and before bed

    Incline bench cable flyes

    5 sets
    Was able to comfortably get progressively heavier no pain
    Heavy set 50lbs Felt good

    Cable Flys from the top
    to the bottom for lower chest
    5 sets

    Upright seated cable flys

    5 sets 8-12 reps

    Machine Pec Flys

    5 heavy sets
    2 sets x 25

    Held Good long squeezes

    Flat Bench
    135 x 20
    225 x 20

    Uncomfortable

    Well that was Monday and have to say chest nice and sore in a good way

    Injury still a ways to go - Had my bench in mid 450's prev to injury

    Day 74 Cycle

    Day 2
    Superdrol

    No problem pulling at all

    First time iv e done Deads in 5 weeks

    Best this 675lbs which Ive pulled 3 x times on separate occasions

    135 x12
    225 x 12
    315 x 8
    405 x 6
    495 x 3
    585 x 2
    605 x 1
    625 Failed

    Got it off the ground but couldn't lock it put - If i had had belt it would have been piece of cake

    Well happy with that after 5 weeks - Next back session Superdrol should have kicked in and ill have my belt

    One Arm Rows
    Wide and narrow grip pull ups
    Cable Rows
    Shrugs
    Fireman Walks

    Good WO good volume - Would be nice to pull 675 one more time

    Day 77 Cycle

    Day 5 Superdrol

    Over did shoulders on Wednesday... Pissed my injury off going a bit to heavy with military presses

    Yesterday Legs -

    Noticeable stronger with legs

    Same WO just easier added extra set rather than extra weight

    Squats
    135 x 25
    225 x 20
    315 x 20
    315 x 20
    315 x 20

    Leg presses
    5 sets
    1 extra 45lb plate either side and felt easy

    Leg Extensions
    6 sets
    Big volume 40-60 reps

    Surprised the Superdrol kicked in as quick as it has, very impressed just wish didn't have this nagging injury but I'm predicting a cycle PR in my Dead Lift

    Had date with stunning new bird - Gonna have to kick the Hungarian to the side - SMOKING xx
