Do you feel vitamins and nutritional supplements make a positive difference to one's health?
I take-
1. A lot of Fish Oil and
2. One Day Vitamin pills, (mostly to help with a joint injury and I think they?ve improved me a lot).
Now, supplements? they are great, but in my opinion, nothing beats a healthy diet.
I mean, there?s no harm in you trying stuff. You might have a better reaction than someone else.
Also,
If there is some nutritional deficiency that needs to be corrected, then yes, they make a positive difference.
But if there is no significant nutritional deficienct, then I don?t see why you would need them.
Most people can get enough vitamins and nutrients through food alone, unless there is some dietary imbalance or certain medical conditions. Thanks!
