If you want lose the weight properly (the fat) it will not happen fast, the maximum amount of weight you should lose is 1-2lbs per week.
I am assumming that you're looking for a magical weight loss supplement since you posted this in the supplement forum, bad idea. If you're looking for permanent weight loss you need to work on your diet.
Try going on survivor. They seem to lose weight pretty fast. Like Prince says, work on your diet. You don't even have to call it dieting. Call it eating better. You are what you eat....
