I just thought I would start off by introducing everyone to a great product that suits everyone. It is mostly used by top triatheletes but it is designed for anyone who works out. G-Push is a galactose energy drink. It gives you tons of energy and all of the nutrients you need with very few calories. I am not an employee of G-Push but I have tried it and am in love. I used to get the shakes and wouldn't be able to finish any type of workout because of dizziness, now they all go away. I drink a bottle of G1 before a workout and I haven't been shaky or out of energy or even dizzy since. It's a great product and if anyone has any questions please ask.
