What is the most calories you've consistently eaten over an extended period of time?
Right now I'm over 5k on training days and 4200 on off days and the scale is steadily dropping.
I've been this high before for around 8 months but there were more dirty type foods in the mix.
Right now it's, egg whites, eggs, chicken, steak, ground beef, rice, potatoes, oats, avocado, almonds, bread and a muffin on training days
The amounts are getting a little silly but, I'm still starving when it's meal time.
What have you guys done?
