    Weekly check-in today. Had a busy weekend so didn’t get around to it. Weight went up but I had two cheat meals this weekend. Do not tell coach . So my current weight is 249.6. Im guessing that will come back down a little this week we will see. Having Lower Loading B today. Looking forward to kicking some ass and killing these twigs today.

    Lower Loading B went great today. My legs were really pumped after I was done. Upper pump followed and that felt good as well.

    August 19th 2019 Lower Loading B

    Reverse hack squat 10plates 10, 8
    Widowmaker 6plates 20

    Wide high stance leg press 18plates 8, 7

    Stiff leg deads 315lbs 7, 6

    Adductors 305lbs 11, 10

    Calf raises 115lbs 15, 15, 15, 15
    2 minute stretch

    Preacher curls 3 sets

    Upper pump

    Meals today so far

    Meal 1
    4 eggs
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup oats

    meal 2 preworkout
    6oz chicken
    1 cup jasmine rice
    30g almonds

    post workout shake
    2 cups egg whites
    2 cup coco pebbles
    1 banana

    This was delicious with coco pebbles!!

    Upper Loading B was great today. Felt very strong today. Was doing 110lb dumbbells pretty easily today on incline bench. That’s a new PPR for 10 reps. Anyway here is what went down today.

    August 21st 2019 Upper Loading B

    HS iso row 3 plates each arm 10, 9 reps

    Rack pull 455lbs 8, 7 reps

    DB Incline bench press 110lbs 10, 8 reps

    High cable fly 120lbs 15 reps
    Drop set 100lbs 10 reps

    DB Shoulder Press 100lbs 10, 8

    DB Heavy side delt partials 50lbs 12, 10, 8

    Bicep rope hammer curls 150lbs 12, 10

    Lower Pump

    Moving day! My oldest son moves into his dorm today for his first year of college. Crazy that it’s finally here. Time goes by so fast but I know he will do great.

    Sorry for not posting yesterday. Busy day with another concert. We saw Jason Aldean and Kane Brown. Great concert. My workout yesterday was below. Felt great but I tweaked my groin on leg press. It’s a little tinder today but already feeling a little better.

    August 23rd 2019 Lower DC

    Leg press mid stance RP - 20 plates 7 reps
    Dropped to 16 plates tweaked groin 8, 7 reps 1 sec pause at bottom

    Seated hamstring curls RP - 140lbs 9, 8, 6

    Leg extensions RP - 225lbs 10, 8, 8

    adductor 265 15, 15

    Calf presses RP - 10 plates on leg press 10, 8, 7
    2nd set 10, 7, 6

    Palms up DB curl 30lbs - 2 sets of 24 alternating 4 reps each side for 6 rounds palms up on both hands the entire set

    Upper DC today. Felt great. Hoping this groin heals quickly. Don’t want any setbacks so early in the bulk. Coach added in some more food this week. It’s going down pretty good so far. I can tell my body wants it right now so that is good. Alright so here is what went down today.

    Meal 1
    4 eggs
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup oats

    meal 2 pre workout
    6oz ground turkey
    1 cup rice

    Meal 3 post workout shake
    2 cups coco pebbles
    2 cups egg whites
    1/2 cup oats
    1 banana

    Meal 4
    8oz chicken
    1 1/2 cups jasmine rice
    60grams almonds

    August 24th 2019 Upper DC

    HS Incline press 3plates +25 per arm RP - 7, 6, 5

    Stretch pushups 20 reps

    Close grip low cable rows 215lbs 10, 6, 4

    Stretchers 145lbs 15 reps

    HA Shoulder Press RP 2 plates +25lbs - 10, 8, 6

    Reverse pec deck 165lbs 18, 16

    V bar press down 210lbs 15, 15

    More food has been added for the week. Looking forward to seeing the results of it. I’m not even 2 1/2 weeks into my blast and its already been good, so should be exciting as the weeks progress.

    Today’s Upper Loading A session went really well. I’m loving this EP Test Deca combo. Really smooth and working really well so far. Pinned 1ml of the Test E 250mg/Deca 200mg with .5ml of EP Mast E 200mg and .5ml of EP Test E 250mg.

    August 26th 2019

    BB Row 275lbs 9, 7

    Db rows 125lbs 15,12

    BB Incline bench 315lbs 6
    2nd set 295lbs 6

    Incline DB press 100lbs 10, 9

    Floor Press 90lbs 12 reps

    Busy day at work didn’t get to post a whole lot today. The extra food today is definitely harder on non training days but still got it down okay. Most likely it’s the extra carbs on these days that are so filling. On training days it’s not a problem at all. Last meal today is below.

    10oz salmon
    2 cups of salad
    2 tbsp of balsamic dressing
