    Sorry guys was a busy weekend and a busy Monday morning. Going to do weekly pic updates in the AM. I had to miss today’s workout as well which was Upper DC. Will do that tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a great day and slaying it in the weight room.

    Alright guys here is my weekly update. Weight is up to 262.9. Looks like I finally have it going in the right direction. Anadrol has been great so far and coach was spot on for saving it for later to get over a hump.

    Lower DC training today went really well. Knees felt better and I used wraps from the start to just take load off of the knees. Iced them both went I got home. Legs are really getting a good pump with the higher reps that coach changed me to. I’m hoping for some good growth from this new stimulus and the added Anadrol.

    Oct 30th 2019 Lower DC

    Close stance leg press RP- 18 plates 12, 9, 8

    Seated leg curls RP- 175lbs 15, 13, 12,

    Leg ext. RP - 250lbs 14, 12, 11

    Adductor 295lbs 15, 15

    Calf raises single leg 110lbs 15, 15, 13, 12

    Hammer curls 60lbs 12, 10, 8
    2nd set 10, 8, 8


    Post workout shake was replaced with chic-fil-A. Spicy chicken with fries.

    Upper Loading B was yesterday. Felt great and strength is going up with that Anadrol kicking in. New 6+ rep PR with flat bench. Love this stuff. Alright so here is what went down.

    Nov 1st 2019 Upper Loading B

    BB flat bench 405lbs 7 reps
    2nd set 385lbs 7 reps

    DB Incline Bench 110lbs 10, 8

    Rack Pulls 455lbs 10, 9

    HS Row iso lateral 6 plates 2 25’s - 11, 10

    DB Shoulder Press 100lbs 10, 9

    Db flys 50lbs 10, 9

    Lower pump

    I’m currently at the following dosage. All EuroPharm Gear from Uncle Z of course.

    750mg Test E weekly
    400mg Deca weekly
    400mg Mast E weekly

    50mg of Anadrol daily
    10mg of Aromasin EOD
    10mg of Nolvadex daily

    Lower DC from yesterday. Had a great workout and knees felt good. Went up on weight for most exercises.

    Nov 6th 2019 Lower DC

    Leg press mid stance 18plates plus 2 10’s RP - 12, 9, 7

    Seated leg curls 180lbs RP - 14, 12, 10

    Leg ext. single leg RP - 115lbs 12, 10, 10

    Adductor RP - 295lbs 16, 15

    Calf presses RP - 8 plates 12, 11, 10
    2nd set RP - 12, 12, 10

    Incline bench 60deg hammer curls 3 sets 50lbs 12, 10, 10

    Upper Loading A today. Strength is going up still. Felt great throughout the workout. I did try what coached recommended with not touching the chest with barbell and it felt great. Middle of my chest was on fire. Great pump.

    Nov 8th Upper Loading A

    Incline Bench 315lbs 9, 8 reps

    DB Incline Press 125lbs 10, 8

    Incline flys 50lbs 12, 10

    BB rows 275lbs 12, 10

    DB Row 125lbs 12, 12

    Had Upper Loading B session yesterday. Felt great but was a little tired going into the session. I pulled through it and had a pretty good workout.
