    killionb12 stage prep with Uncle Z

    Alright guys I’m excited to announce I will be competing for the first time in my bodybuilding adventures. I’m looking forward to the process and having my coach Montego by my side through it all. Will be logging this entire journey along the way and will be posting your normal updates like training, nutrition, cycle, etc.

    I will also be posting about my life in general throughout. Ups and downs, my mood day to day and just life in general while going through this process. Im also open to any topics you would like to hear about along the way.

    Here is my starting bloodwork and cycle. For some reason my cholesterol is a little high for the first time so i will be addressing that along with liver enzymes. I believe it had something to do with the Winstrol I ran for extended period of time. No orals will be used to start this blast but will add in Anadrol about half way through if bloodwork returns to normal. I will get bloodwork tested again in probably 3-4 weeks to see how I’m doing. Looking forward to hearing from you all, get ready for some fun!!

    Cycle:

    Weeks 1-15 625mg Test E weekly
    Weeks 1-15 400mg Deca weekly
    Weeks 1-15 300mg Mast E weekly
    Weeks 8-15 Anadrol 50mg daily
    AI will be masin 10mg EOD for now
    4iu GH daily

    Lower Loading went great today. Felt strong all the way through my upper pump as well. Here is what went down.

    Aug 12th 2019 Lower Loading A

    BB squats 405lbs 7, 6 with 1 sec pause
    Windowmaker 315lbs 20 reps

    Close stance leg press 16plates 9, 7 reps

    Lying leg curls 40lbs single leg 10, 10

    Adductor 250lbs 10, 10

    Calf raises 4 sets 8 plates 15, 15, 15, 15

    Donkey calf raises 3 sets wife +45lbs 12, 12, 12

    Upper Pump

    Post workout shake
    2 cups fruity pebbles
    2 cups egg whites
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meals today. Sorry was pretty busy with work today. Not training today will be back at it tomorrow. GH still hasn’t arrived. I guess fedex lost it but hopefully will have it soon.

    Workout went great today feeling stronger every day. Weight is at 243.8 today. Here is what went down.

    August 16th Lower DC

    leg press mid stance RP - 18plates 7, 5, 5

    Lying leg curls RP - 140lbs 10, 7, 5

    Leg ext. RP - 225lbs 9, 7, 6

    Adductor 295lbs 15, 15

    Standing Calf raises RP - 135lbs 9,7, 6
    2nd set RP - 135lbs 8, 6, 6

    DB curls 2 sets 24 reps alternating every 4 reps 50lbs

    Upper DC went great today. Feeling stronger every workout it seems. I did throw some things in today just because I was feeling good. Here is what went down.

    August 17th 2019 Upper DC

    Incline BB bench press RP - 315lbs 6 reps

    Stretch pushups 21

    HS Incline Press 160lbs each arm RP - 7, 6, 4

    No training today. Had a great time with the wife last night at a concert. We went to see Hootie and the Blowfish. They put on a good show. Food so far today is below. Woke up around 245.8. I did splurge a little on food last night before concert. Had burger and fries which is my normal cheat meal.

    3 eggs
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal 2
    40g protein
    2tbsp

    Meal 3
    8oz chicken
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 avocado
