Alright guys I?m excited to announce I will be competing for the first time in my bodybuilding adventures. I?m looking forward to the process and having my coach Montego by my side through it all. Will be logging this entire journey along the way and will be posting your normal updates like training, nutrition, cycle, etc.

I will also be posting about my life in general throughout. Ups and downs, my mood day to day and just life in general while going through this process. Im also open to any topics you would like to hear about along the way.

Here is my starting bloodwork and cycle. For some reason my cholesterol is a little high for the first time so i will be addressing that along with liver enzymes. I believe it had something to do with the Winstrol I ran for extended period of time. No orals will be used to start this blast but will add in Anadrol about half way through if bloodwork returns to normal. I will get bloodwork tested again in probably 3-4 weeks to see how I?m doing. Looking forward to hearing from you all, get ready for some fun!!

Weeks 1-15 400mg Deca weekly
Weeks 1-15 300mg Mast E weekly
Weeks 8-15 Anadrol 50mg daily

No training today. Had a great time with the wife last night at a concert. We went to see Hootie and the Blowfish. They put on a good show. Food so far today is below. Woke up around 245.8. I did splurge a little on food last night before concert. Had burger and fries which is my normal cheat meal.

Weekly check-in today. Had a busy weekend so didn?t get around to it. Weight went up but I had two cheat meals this weekend. Do not tell coach . So my current weight is 249.6. Im guessing that will come back down a little this week we will see. Having Lower Loading B today. Looking forward to kicking some ass and killing these twigs today.

Lower Loading B went great today. My legs were really pumped after I was done. Upper pump followed and that felt good as well.

Upper Loading B was great today. Felt very strong today. Was doing 110lb dumbbells pretty easily today on incline bench. That?s a new PPR for 10 reps. Anyway here is what went down today.

August 21st 2019 Upper Loading B

HS iso row 3 plates each arm 10, 9 reps

Sorry for not posting yesterday. Busy day with another concert. We saw Jason Aldean and Kane Brown. Great concert. My workout yesterday was below. Felt great but I tweaked my groin on leg press. It?s a little tinder today but already feeling a little better.

August 23rd 2019 Lower DC

Leg press mid stance RP - 20 plates 7 reps
Dropped to 16 plates tweaked groin 8, 7 reps 1 sec pause at bottom

Seated hamstring curls RP - 140lbs 9, 8, 6

Leg extensions RP - 225lbs 10, 8, 8

adductor 265 15, 15

Calf presses RP - 10 plates on leg press 10, 8, 7
2nd set 10, 7, 6

Palms up DB curl 30lbs - 2 sets of 24 alternating 4 reps each side for 6 rounds palms up on both hands the entire set

Upper DC today. Felt great. Hoping this groin heals quickly. Don?t want any setbacks so early in the bulk. Coach added in some more food this week. It?s going down pretty good so far. I can tell my body wants it right now so that is good. Alright so here is what went down today.

Busy day at work didn?t get to post a whole lot today. The extra food today is definitely harder on non training days but still got it down okay. Most likely it?s the extra carbs on these days that are so filling. On training days it?s not a problem at all. Last meal today is below.
