As this whole covid thing attacks the lungs and seems to be worse for those with cardiovascular issues it makes sense to focus for the near future on strengthening the lungs and heart. Also, some other articles spoke to reduced immune system response with testosterone levels beyond normal range.
With t levels in the high normal range I wonder if introducing something like Proviron to increase free test would still support a healthy immune system but at the same time maximize the benefit of a modest trt dose.
So the question is does immune system response decline with free t substantially higher than normal even though total test is within normal range?

Yes, I agree with you. Currently, the most important thing is to strengthen the immune system.
These days I am reading so many articles (because of a lot of free time due to the virus) and in some articles they talk about keeping the T levels within the normal range while some say that higher levels are better, but personally I feel that keeping the T levels within the normal range is the right thing to do at the moment and also, I guess de-stressing is also very important.
