Protein, everybody knows that it is good. Ok, but everything in excess is bad. So, What is the limit ? I heard ppl doing 600g of protein a day . That´s too much.

Maybe it can damage the liver. (ops, kidney)

Is that correct ?

I dont agree with that being "too much," neccessarily, says who?

Some people say bad for the kidneys, never heard of bad for the liver. Drink your water and I dont think you have a thing to worry about.
 
Why does so many pro BB have kidney probs? Must be the protein? Or is it the steroids and stuff?
 
I'd go with steroids and diuretics.

I don't believe there is a "limit" to protein consumption. Well to a point, but when people say 1.5 - 2.0 grams for every pound of bodyweight, you actually don't know how much protein your body can actually absorb. So I suggest eat a shitload, and if you see results, go with it. :D
 
Your body cannot absorb much more than 50G per meal.
