Hey there, I'm new here (obviously, lol). I'm 15 years old, from the good ol' US of A. Just started working out. So far only with 10 pound weights. That's just because Walmart was out of 20s, though. They had 30s, but I didn't want to start that high. I was wondering, what's the best way to build muscle in your arms?
