alright, here's the deal. this site totally rocks! I know, because I've been surfing a while looking for answers, in addition to reading everything I can get my hands on.
In Sept I saw a trainer, who made me wake up and feel the pain, so to speak. Since I can't afford that, I only saw him six times, and now I know better. But you never know too much, either. In order to bulk, I know I have to consume 3500+ calories, and 33% of that is protein.
Have trained off and on for 8 years, and Sept saw my best gains. 6 pounds! woohoo! then I just lost it. So after over a month off I'm easing back into it.
