Coconut oil is mostly saturated fat. But great in rice.

I'm still a little concerned about the coconut oil thing. I've read its good but I've also read its not good. Lately the bad seems to outweigh the good. I still think its best to stick with n3 and n6's and use other oils sparingly. We get enough saturated fat in our diets from red meat and eggs that I see no reason to add more.
