    Question Lower Back Pain

Anyone know what causes the lower back pain / cramping that's sometimes associated with oral AAS?

Freakish pumps when working out, I get it especially on back day or doing SLDL on leg day, it gets very uncomfortable.

Dbol and anadrol are big on pumps, some people get it with fina especially mixed with an oral.

Unless you are pissing foam or something your kidneys are probably fine.

I was being serious though, foamy urine is often one of the signs of kidney strain. Google will pull up the details for you, but in short its from proteins being released in the urine that the kidney no longer is filtering out.

d-bol kills my lower back no matter how much water I drink. For that reason I limit my d-bol use.
