- How come after a hour of cardio, it causes diminishing returns and overtraining?
- I remember in football practice in highschool, the coach would make us run until I puked... or run uphill and back down till I couldnt anymore and general training for hours on end.
- How come it causes a adaptation or possible injury?
- If a person exercises too much is it really that bad for the body?
- What if someone who has nothing to do but sit down and watch tv or go on computer after 1 hour of cardio per day and wants to do more through the day to burn more fat?
- I feel like I can do more then just eat a good diet and 1 hour cardio... even though I am obese I am alot stronger then I look, before I was obese I was a really strong guy and I feel it all coming back to me... the only problem is a painful hip when applying pressure to it or walking more then short distances over a period of time.
- Theres gotta be more that I can do, I have a weight set but from what I understand I cannot do cardio on weight training days... why cant I just weight train until I cant anymore everyday or cycle on bike for many hours like 1 hour every 5 hours, My energy level is very high now.. i dont know what to do.
