I was wondering if the keto test strips are usefull while on the TP carb cycling plan? Im 195 and here are my carb macros for each type of day
Low- under 100g
No- Under 10 (from veggies)
High- No limit (i probably take in around) 300-400g
My current cycle is
I would like to use the keto strips before my high day on wednesdays.
