Carb cycle keto strips?

I was wondering if the keto test strips are usefull while on the TP carb cycling plan? Im 195 and here are my carb macros for each type of day
Low- under 100g
No- Under 10 (from veggies)
High- No limit (i probably take in around) 300-400g

My current cycle is

Mon-No
Tue-No
Wen-High
Thur-Low
Fri-High
Sat-Low
Sun-Low

I would like to use the keto strips before my high day on wednesdays.
 
There is very little benefit to ketosis in general, and no benefit to this diet.

Some additional advice:

* Low Carb days should be around 1 gram per pound of BW.
* The cycle you have established is terrible.

Follow it by the book for several weeks. If it's not working as you anticipated, then tweak it.

It sounds like youre really confused about what carb cycling is all about. You arent going into ketosis from one carbless day... and your current plan of stacking 2 low carb days followed immediately by 2 no carb days is going to slow your metabolism right down... something the 3 day cycle avoids.

There's a bunch of people who have successfully followed the CC plan and have kept a log of their meals in the journal forum. You should check there, it'd help.
