What can I buy at the grocery store in this case...

Every now and then, I'll accidentally forget the lunch that I normally bring to work. It's a little too far for me to run home, but there is a grocery store nearby. Can anyone give me suggestions on something I can buy there, or at any restaurant?

One other note, I'm not a big fan of tuna fish. I'm actually looking to see if there is something I can buy that I can keep in the fridge at work and microwave when it's lunch time.

You can get chicken in a can
lettuce or Broc
yams can be warmed in a microwave

chicken in a can
or salmon in the the pouch packs, no skin or bones in it...

I normally get either of these and mix some salsa with them

You buy chicken in a can and mix salsa with it? Do you warm it up at all?
