ADVICE NEEDED : Extremely unhealthy food wanted

I practically finished my diet&supplementation schedule.
In 3 months I will make a huge cheat meal.

I need adivice in getting the best meal with the worst things for my health, simple carbs, High G.I, saturated fats.

    I plan to mix things.

Maybe you can think about something ?

Shoot, lol. There are too many good cheat foods to count. Are you craving anything in particular?

    Nothing in particular

You may include sea food, pork, beverages, dairy, desserts.

Use your imagination the worst way you can.

1 gallon of ice cream, 3 cans of redi whip, a bag of chocolate chips, and 1/2 gallon of chocolate syrup.

    It won't kill you......probably.

I would eat what I am craving most, so that would vary from person to person. I would also decide that in 3 months!

Do you consider mashed potatos to be a "cheat meal" ? Is it that much different than boiled potatos, aside from adding butter and milk?

    OK SO HERE GOES AGAIN!:::

first go to mr.ghattis, and eat one slice of every pizza there. leave

go to lubys and get buffet, but pass all the veges, and meat

go straight to the pie, cake, ice cream, chocolates, and bread

Load up several plates of only these, in fact take it all!

Then go to Mcdonalds and get several of their meals, each one should contain as much unhealthy SH*T as everything you have already eaten! CHOW DOWN!!!

You can take as many fries as you can get and make a stick figure town out of it! Then pretend you are FAtZILLA and eat all the people and all of the buildings!!

This should fill ur craving for bout 2 years or so

I'm missing something here...the original post asked for cheat meal ideas. Included with the examples was seafood and pork. How are fish and a good pork loin looked upon as "cheats"?

Blackened Redfish, lobster with MEGA butter, shrimp in a nice cream sauce, bacon (drink the fat once it's cooled), FRIED clams, fried shrimp, fried catfish fillet, french fries, bread, fried potatoes (hash browns).

That should do it. The bacon is there to make it REALLY bad.

    um.....now I'm hungry

    ...cheesecake!

It's not just for girls, I swear. I could eat an entire cake, no problem.

Either that or strawberries and whipped cream off of a hot naked body - someone elses that is

ok ok heres what you do
cook so much bacon that you get a pint of grease
Pour the grease into a little cup, stick a large pop-sicle stick
in the center, and put that into the freezer!
    in the morning you'll have home-made grease-pops
