ADVICE NEEDED : Extremely unhealthy food wanted

I practically finished my diet&supplementation schedule.
In 3 months I will make a huge cheat meal.

I need adivice in getting the best meal with the worst things for my health, simple carbs, High G.I, saturated fats.

    I plan to mix things.

Maybe you can think about something ?

Shoot, lol. There are too many good cheat foods to count. Are you craving anything in particular?

    Nothing in particular

You may include sea food, pork, beverages, dairy, desserts.

Use your imagination the worst way you can.

1 gallon of ice cream, 3 cans of redi whip, a bag of chocolate chips, and 1/2 gallon of chocolate syrup.

    It won't kill you......probably.

I would eat what I am craving most, so that would vary from person to person. I would also decide that in 3 months!

Do you consider mashed potatos to be a "cheat meal" ? Is it that much different than boiled potatos, aside from adding butter and milk?
