On my next m1-t cycle, I have heard rave reviews about the GVT or 10 x 10 training method. I have always been an advocate of lower volume, higher intensity for hypertrophy, but was willing to give it a whirl.
Anyone tried it and what are your experiences.

I've never personally tried it, but i've heard great things from a friend who used it for a while. I guess it would just depend on how your body reacted to it. If you DO try it keep us posted on how things turn out.
